Payment Return Policy

Payment confirmation

Online payments are treated as successful only after the booking receives a valid booking ID and payment confirmation. Pay-at-venue bookings do not create an online payment return.

Failed or duplicate payments

If an amount is debited but the booking is not confirmed, or the same booking is charged more than once, contact the sports complex with the payment reference and booking details.

Cancellation requests

Return eligibility depends on the booking status, facility rules, notice provided, and whether the reserved slot can be released. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a return.

Approved returns

Approved online payment returns are sent to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after approval.
