Booking eligibility

Customers must provide accurate contact, participant, and government identity details. The person making the reservation is responsible for the booking and accompanying members.

Facility and slot use

A booking applies only to the selected facility, date or month, time slot, and number of members. Entry remains subject to the booked capacity and facility operating rules.

Confirmation and payment

A booking is confirmed only after the portal generates a booking ID. Online payment charges, where applicable, are shown before confirmation.

Monthly bookings

A monthly booking reserves the selected number of places in the chosen time slot for that month. Other customers may reserve any remaining capacity.

Customer conduct

Visitors must follow staff instructions, use facilities responsibly, and avoid conduct that may damage property or endanger other players.

Changes and cancellations

Requests to change or cancel a booking are handled according to facility availability and the Payment Return Policy. Keep the booking ID available when contacting the sports complex.
